Our equipment is intended for indoor use and dry conditions unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Most products are made from steel and should not be exposed to moisture. Storing equipment outdoors, in sheds, garages or humid spaces may lead to rust. If using equipment in a garage or similar space, we recommend keeping the area dry and using a dehumidifier where needed.
Do your products require assembly? +

Choose a rack about 10cm shorter than your ceiling to leave room for assembly, or about 30cm shorter if you want to do pull-ups. Heights run from 183cm to 233cm in 10cm steps. Our rack height calculator gives you the right height for your room.
What's the shortest rack you make? +
183cm, with the same weight stacks, cables, optional Smith machine and 3mm steel frame as the taller heights. It suits ceilings from about 1.95m.
How much floor space does it need? +
The power rack is 1200mm wide and 750mm deep.
Should I choose 1:1 or 2:1 cables? +
1:1 gives you the full stack weight at the handle, which suits heavy rows and pulldowns. 2:1 gives about half the weight but twice the cable travel and smaller jumps, which suits crossovers, flyes and isolation work. If you're unsure, choose 2:1 with a bigger stack.
How much resistance do I feel at the handle? +
On 1:1, about the weight you select: up to about 90kg per side with the 90kg stack. On 2:1, about half: up to about 60kg per side with the 120kg stack.
Which stack and ratio combinations can I choose? +
80kg or 90kg stacks in 1:1 or 2:1, and 100kg, 110kg or 120kg stacks in 2:1.

Which height should I choose for my ceiling? +
Choose a rack about 10cm shorter than your ceiling to leave room for assembly, or about 30cm shorter if you want to do pull-ups on the top bar. The Spartan Pro comes in 205, 215, 225 and 235cm. Our rack height calculator gives you the right height for your room.
How much floor space does it need? +
The power rack is 120cm wide and 70cm deep. With the Smith machine, it's 220cm wide and 100cm deep. Allow about 1m in front for benching and cable work.
Does the Smith machine make the rack taller? +
No. The Smith machine sits inside the frame, so the height stays the same.
How much resistance do I actually feel at the handle? +
The Spartan Pro runs a 2:1 ratio, so you feel about half the selected weight. Each side cable gives up to about 100kg at the handle with 200kg stacks. On the lat pulldown and seated row, both stacks link, giving up to about 200kg.
Can I link both stacks together? +
Yes, on the lat pulldown and seated row. The two side cables work independently and can't be linked.
Why 2:1 rather than 1:1? +
2:1 gives you twice the cable travel and smaller jumps between weights, with 2.5kg increments, which suits full-range exercises like cable crossovers. With stacks up to 200kg each side, you still get heavy resistance at the handle.
How strong is the frame? +
The uprights are 75 × 75mm in 3mm (11-gauge) steel, rated to a 500kg maximum load. Every height uses the same steel.
What hole spacing does it use? +
1-inch holes at 50mm spacing, so you can set J-cups and safety arms precisely.
