From a turn of the handle change from 2kg to 45kg with our heaviest dumbbells.
What are the weight increments?
Adjustable Dumbbells all have different weight increments, all will be stated in the description and in the title of the product.
can i use my products outdoors?
Our equipment is intended for indoor use and dry conditions. It is not suitable for outdoor application unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
Most of our equipment is constructed from steel and is not intended to be exposed to moisture. Storing products outdoors or in humid environments where moisture can accumulate may lead to rust, potentially affecting the product's longevity. Customers utilizing equipment in sheds, garages, or similar structures are advised to consider employing dehumidifiers to maintain an appropriate level of dryness in the environment.

When will my order be dispatched?
Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 1pm.
Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders to the UK Mainland. Deliveries to certain postcodes can take longer.

How long will my delivery take?
We offer free next day delivery on all UK Mainland orders, Deliveries to certain postcodes (out of zone) may have a charge or take longer.

You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Will I receive all my items at once?
If you have placed an order for multiple items, it is probable that they will be delivered simultaneously. However, there are instances where you may receive them on different days or through various delivery services. We collaborate with a range of reputable couriers, selected based on their service quality and cost-effectiveness, to ensure that your order reaches you promptly while maintaining the affordability of our products. Tracking information is available for all orders.
Given the size and weight of many of our products, they may be shipped in multiple boxes, which can occasionally become separated during transit within the courier's network, resulting in staggered deliveries. We recommend checking the tracking information first, and if the remaining items have not arrived within 48 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us.
