Refund policy

At Muscleiq, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us support@muscleiq.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and we will assist you promptly.

Return Guidelines

  1. Original Packaging:
    Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As our products are heavy goods, the provided packaging ensures the items are kept safe during transit.

  2. Return and Collection:
    We will arrange the return and collection of the item for you free of charge.

  3. Restocking Fee:
    No restocking fee (£0.00)

  4. Non-Eligible Returns:
    Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The product is not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts not caused by Muscleiq.
    • The product shows signs of use, wear, damage, tampering, washing, or alterations.
    • The product packaging is damaged, tags are removed, or packaging has been discarded.
    • The item was purchased on sale.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned item(s) to our warehouse our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return standards.

  2. Approval:
    If approved, the refund will be processed within 1-2 days on receiving the item(s) to our warehouse and sent to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative cards.

  3. Timeline:
    Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account after the confirmation email.

  4. Shipping Costs:
    No shipping costs (£0.00)

  5. Return Label:
    Download and Print label(s) from the email we send you and attach to original packaging.
  6. Return Method:
    By courier (ParcelForce, DHL, UPS, or FedEx)

Quality Assurance

We take pride in our quality of our products but we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately support@muscleiq.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
