Awesome, smooth adjustment, look and feel great.
I have previously used Bowflex 1090i. These MuscleIQ dumbbells are significantly better so far. The mechanism is solid and satisfying, and there is very little rattle or movement in the plates.
The silver finish is very nice, a sort of matte effect. The plates stay upright and don't fall down easily so putting the dumbbells back in the stand is pretty easy. Overall, the build quality seems excellent for the price.
The grip is pretty good - I have small hands and it's not too chunky. The grip itself is not knurled and the texture is not very deep, so they're best used with some grippy gloves in my experience, but fine without too.
These have to be the best dumbbells on the market. Expensive but worth it.
