Shipping policy

At Muscleiq, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Unless items are on pre order

Handling Time 

0 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) 

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via ParcelForce, DHL, UPS, FedEx or Prestige Distribution depending on the weight and size of the items ordered.

Delivery Time

Express Delivery - 1 business day (Monday - Friday) Free (£0.00)  to all UK Mainland, offshore locations (Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and Isle of Wight) and Northern Ireland addresses.

Palatable items- Prestige Distribution are a book in service- please expect phone call or message from the courier. This is kerbside delivery only

Pre-Order Items - Please note that the date shown for a pre-order item is the estimated dispatch date, not the expected delivery date. We aim to keep estimated dispatch dates as accurate and up to date as possible. However, these dates are subject to change, as pre-order items may still be in transit to our warehouse or awaiting arrival from our suppliers. Please also be aware that the delivery option selected at checkout does not override or shorten the pre-order period. The selected shipping method applies only once the item has arrived with us and is ready to be dispatched. Delivery times will therefore begin from the date the item is dispatched, rather than from the date the order is placed.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) customs clearance charges, or other import-related costs upon reaching its destination. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Status and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The shipping carrier used

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, contact us at support@muscleiq.co.uk with your order number, name, and address, and we will assist you promptly.

Failure to report a missing order within this 5 business day period may limit our ability to investigate with the courier, as courier claims are subject to strict reporting deadlines.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned with intact packaging

Approved returns will be refunded in full.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@muscleiq.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We address such cases individually and aim to resolve issues promptly.
