All orders are processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via ParcelForce, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the weight and size of the items ordered.

Delivery Time

Express Delivery - 1 business day (Monday - Friday) Free (£0.00)  to all UK Mainland, offshore locations (Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and Isle of Wight) and Northern Ireland addresses.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon reaching its destination. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Status and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:

• Your tracking number
• The shipping carrier used

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, contact us at support@muscleiq.co.uk with your order number, name, and address, and we will assist you promptly.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with intact packaging

Approved returns will be refunded in full.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@muscleiq.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product(s)

We address such cases individually and aim to resolve issues promptly.
