How to use
How to Use
- Set up your station: Place the rack on a level surface, check the rubber feet are seated properly, and make sure the work area is clear before lifting.
- Choose your training mode: Use the Smith machine bar for guided pressing/squatting, or switch to the rack with J-hooks for free-bar lifts.
- Select the right weight stack and ratio: Use the lateral stacks for a 2:1 feel (smoother, higher-rep work) and the rear stack for 1:1 resistance (heavier, strength-focused work).
- Adjust height and safety: Set J-hooks and safety bars to the correct height for the movement, then do a quick empty-bar test to confirm your range and bail-out position.
- Train your pull-up variations: Use the pull-up bar grips at the top to rotate between wide, neutral, and close grips to target different areas of the back and arms.
- Use the lat pulldown: Attach the lat bar, sit/brace securely, and pull down to upper chest with control to train lats and upper back.
- Use the low row setup: Fit the row footplate and leg brace, attach the seated-row handle, and row towards the torso while keeping your chest up and shoulders down.
- Do arms and accessories on the single pulley: Clip on the rope/straight bar/handles for triceps pushdowns, curls, face pulls, and lateral raises, keeping tension constant.
- Use the dip station safely: Install the dip handles fully, start with controlled reps, and add weight only once you can keep shoulders stable and elbows tracking cleanly.
- Add landmine work: Slot a barbell into the landmine attachment and perform presses, rows, deadlift patterns, and rotational core drills with a secure stance.
- Finish and store: Re-rack the bar, return attachments to the hooks, and keep cables untwisted so the system stays smooth and organised.
