Yes. Our adjustable dumbbells are designed for quick weight changes, allowing you to move between exercises without needing multiple pairs of dumbbells.

What are the weight increments?

Weight increments vary by product. The available increments are shown in each product title and product description.

Can I use my products outdoors?

Our equipment is intended for indoor use and dry conditions unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Most products are made from steel and should not be exposed to moisture. Storing equipment outdoors, in sheds, garages or humid spaces may lead to rust. If using equipment in a garage or similar space, we recommend keeping the area dry and using a dehumidifier where needed.

Do your products require assembly?

Some products may require assembly, especially larger equipment such as racks, benches, stands and gym machines. Assembly requirements vary by product and will usually be shown on the product page.

Are product manuals or instructions included?

Where assembly is required, instructions are usually included with the product. If you need help with setup, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Do you offer equipment suitable for home gyms and garage gyms?

Yes. Many of our products are designed for home gyms, garage gyms and compact training spaces, including adjustable dumbbells, benches, racks, flooring and storage solutions.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery

Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders. Deliveries to certain postcodes may take longer or require an additional charge.

What couriers will be used to deliver my order?

We use trusted couriers including FedEx, DHL, Parcelforce and UPS.

How long will my delivery take?

We offer free next day delivery on UK Mainland orders where available. Out-of-zone postcodes may take longer or have an additional delivery charge.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Will I receive all my items at once?

If your order contains multiple items, they will usually arrive together. However, larger or heavier products may be shipped in multiple boxes and can sometimes arrive separately.

Please check your tracking information first. If remaining items have not arrived within 48 hours, please contact us.

What should I do if I have received a damaged item?

Please contact us if you believe you have received a damaged item. Do not use the item, and please keep all original packaging and photos to support your claim.
