Choose the 185cm high as only have 190cm ceiling. Overall the rack is amazing same quality as one in the gym i use to use. I chose weight stacks 90kg on each side and then the smith machine is literally perfect for squats and chest press, fitted perfectly in the garage. I also picked up a bench and leg curl. Super happy good quality worth the money and easy to build with 2 people my husband and i spent an eveing putting it together. Super happy and commercial grade bit of kit for our garge.
