Application Submit your order details

Enter the order number, email address and product information from your original Muscleiq purchase.

Verification We check your eligibility

We verify the original order, product and applicable warranty extension.

Payment Receive a secure invoice

Approved applicants receive a Shopify invoice containing the correct warranty option and price.

Submitting an application does not activate the warranty. Your cover becomes active only after approval, payment and confirmation from Muscleiq.
